For couples, Blake applies the Gottman Method to deepen emotional connection and resolve communication challenges—often rooted in early childhood experiences or past traumas. He also provides coaching services to high-functioning professionals who seek balance, productivity, and a sense of purpose in both personal and professional realms. Blake Anderson, BA, MSW, RSW is a dynamic, multi-passionate professional who blends his expertise as a therapist and life coach to empower individuals, couples, families, and businesses. With over 13 years of clinical experience as a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW), Blake specializes in existential approaches, Depth Psychology, CBT, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex personal and relational challenges, including dysfunctional family dynamics, narcissistic abuse, and emotional immaturity.

Blake’s holistic perspective stems from his belief in the power of self-differentiation and living authentically. He is currently developing an online course on family scapegoating recovery and Vision Design Course applying Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory to simplify complex topics for a broader audience. Outside of work, he maintains a rigorous fitness routine—running 5Ks, half-marathons, and hitting the gym—while also exploring Toronto’s vibrant cultural scene, engaging in philosophical discussions, and listening to hip-hop.

Here are my current rates:

  • 50 minute (1 hour) Therapy session - $175 per hour

  • Gottman Couple’s Therapy session - $200 per hour

  • Family Therapy session - $200 per hour

  • 50 minute (1 hour) Coaching session - $175 per hour

  • Travel (GTHA) - $25 a day
